Athens Airways travels to Chania and Heraklion

March 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Athens Airways, having accomplished its network expansion in Northern Greece, connecting Alexandroupolis, Kavala, Mytilene and Thessaloniki with Athens, now travels to Crete, to Chania and Heraklion.

On Thursday 26th of March, Athens Airways will start the route to Chania. The first flight is
scheduled in 06:50 a.m. from the International Airport of Athens (AIA) to the airport “I.
Daskalogiannis” of Chania www.hcaa-eleng.gr/hania.htm . There will be two daily flights, connecting Athens with Chania:

The destination of Chania constitutes an important priority for the company since it is the firstdestination that will operate in Crete.

Also, on Thursday 2nd of April, Athens Airways will operate the first flight to Heraklion’s airport “N.Kazantzakis”  http://www.heraklion-airport.info . There will be three daily flights connecting Athens with Heraklion
