Follow on Google News | Eureka Springs Souper Soup Benefit Follows Victorian ClassicA great meal at a great price, and it benefits the Eureka Springs Historical Museum
By: Ken Rundel The event is one of the major fundraisers each year for the Eureka Springs Historical Museum. According to event organizer Sara Armellini, “People asked that we expand the hours, and it’s no wonder considering that the area’s finest restaurants provide such delicious soups in a variety of sumptuous flavors.” The lunch includes two bowls of soup, cornbread, a beverage, “and a choice of delectable desert prepared by local Bed & Breakfast establishments,” Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Tickets are available at the museum, 95 S. Main St., at the door, or from any museum board member. The high school is located on Highway 62 West across from the Inn of the Ozarks, where the Victorian Classic races will begin and end.
