Joel Bump received his CAPS certification!
Joel has been Sales and Marketing Manager for IMI since 2005. Joel's wife, Susan, was disabled due to an illness affecting the nerve system. Susan had very limited mobility in her last few years of her life. Joel decided to put his practical knowledge and real-life experience to work to help his customers.
