Clare Consulting launches "Reflections for a Radiant Pregnancy"-a series of email audio affirmations

To support you as you begin your special relationship with your unborn child, Gerrianne Clare of Clare Consulting Group has developed a unique reminder tool called Reflections for a Radiant Pregnancy - a series of 30 affirming and calming emails delivered to your inbox every morning.
The email audio series was created by Clare with the assistance of Christine Gallant, a doula who provides emotional support to pregnant women in Kamloops, British Columbia. “Christine’s philosophy is that when a woman becomes pregnant, she becomes a mom,” says Clare. “Reflections for a Radiant Pregnancy helps mom to internalize her role and bond with her baby through peaceful, beautiful intentions.”
Each stress relief email includes a 3-minute audio recording from Clare that contains breathing mediation and a calming, loving affirmation. “We want mom to feel that intimate connection with her child, be centered in her new role and experience peace and absolute joy about the new life she is creating.”
