Richmond, VA, February 26th, 2010 – The American Family Fitness in Short Pump will host continuous exercise classes on Monday, March 8th from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m in honor of national MS Awareness Week (March 8-14, 2010). The classes will be offered free to all members and will be available to non-members for a $20.00 donation. All donations benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
“Come out, have fun, get a workout and make a difference in the lives of people living with MS,” said Judy Griffin, Director of Development of the Central Virginia Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Participants may take as many classes as they like, including Line Dancing led by “super charged” instructor Kemel Patton from 1:00 to 3:30.
