It's that time of the year again and the Boston Athletics Association is back with a bigger and a better anual marathon. Known as the best marathon in the world, the annual Boston marathon is the grandfather of marathons and a legendary marathon to be part of.
This year, being the 25th year that this marathon event is sponsored by Mark Hancock, makes the 2010 annual Boston marathon even more special. With a estimate count of more than 25,000 contestants, this year promises to be big.

The Boston marathon is a total length of 26 miles and will take you on a spectacular course through 8 small towns and cities while getting roadside support from more than 500,000 spectators and being covered by more than one thousand media institutions.
All runners are required to meet the entry requirements and set time goals before being accepted and becoming an official contestant. These requirements will be based on age/group criteria.
Once you become a official contestant in the annual 2010 Boston marathon, you are also advised to follow a good diet and nutrition plan as well as join a marathon training group to train for your big day.
