This Saturday, MTV Network Producers will attend the Miss Teen Maryland/District of Columbia-World Pageant Workshop. Producers will be casting for a yet to be titled network project featuring pageant Co-Director Kyle Ean Haggerty as he trains contestants for pageant competition. Kyle Ean has personally coached male and female contestants on the local, state and national levels. His reputation as a leading national pageant consultant has helped him develop a small screen reality show presence. He has been featured on the E! Channel’s Simple Life, MTV’s Made series, and Bravo’s Party Party.
The initial casting will be conducted during the Miss Teen Maryland/District of Columbia-World Pageant Workshop on March 6, 2010 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Westin Hotel, 400 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA. Producers are seeking girls between the ages of 9 and 18 who live or go to school in Maryland, District of Columbia, or Virginia. This workshop is free. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The following is required on casting day:
• Provide a current photo (professional or non-professional)
• Be prepared to have your picture taken
• Be prepared to be interviewed in front of a camera
• Look your best and present yourself positively
• Attire is fashion chic
Girls do not have to be a contestant of the Miss Teen Maryland/District of Columbia-World Pageant to be considered for casting. However, selected girls will be required to train and compete in a beauty pageant.
