Getting great reviews from customers of your business is a lesson in customer service. There is no magic, no end around run. It really is not about attacking the analytics of someone's thinking. It is simply the understanding that people cannot be pleased by talking them into to doing something you want them to do (like buying or doing a good review). You need to be able to connect with the other two brains we all have as a human beings. At the end of this 3rd party review - I will reveal to you what these other two very active brains are.
My Review of Beck Toyota Scion, March 3 2010: On DealerRater.com See the actual review here http://www.dealerrater.com/
"Buying my Toyota 4Runner from Wendell was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. My attention was immediately caught on your excellent and very user-friendly website by Wendell's very detailed, accurate and almost lyrical description of the car. I called his number that evening, expecting the usual voicemail, and was very pleasantly surprised to have him answer my call on the first ring. He was intimately familar with every detail about the car, about 4Runners in general, and was able to discuss my RAV4 versus 4Runner questions quite knowledgably. The next day, he took me, via telephone, on a tour of the car which convinced me that it was well worth a drive from Louisville to Indianapolis to see it. Although I had certainly hoped to get more for my trade-in, Wendell explained the reasons for his range of estimated values very clearly and persuasively, and I had absolute comfort that he would deal with us fairly. When we arrived the next day, he was immediately available, very cordial, and took all the time we needed to acquaint us with the car and explain the ultimate value given our trade-in. He was very understanding when we realized that we had arrived without our certificate of title, and arranged to ensure that the car would still be there today. Today, he easily dealt today with the somewhat unusual circumstances of (1) the mispelling of my husband's name on the certificate of title, and (2) the subsequent change of the spelling of his name, and did an excellent job of walking us through the paperwork.
My husband and I are both lawyers, value professionalism, honesty and competence highly wherever we find it, and feel very lucky to have been able to go through the often stressful purchase of a car with someone like Wendell who so exemplifies these qualities. If we ever are in the market for another Toyota, we will be happy to drive from Louisville to Indianapolis for the pleasure of working with Wendell."
As I promised, I will reveal the other two very active brains we have as humans:
1) Our Gut - tells us quickest what is going on in any situation (1-4 seconds)
2) Our Heart - enough said
