Hensley & Company PA began a walk-in tax service last season and reported favorable results for new clients. Accountants are on-hand at both offices, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM as well as weekends and evenings by appointment, to answer questions, prepare tax returns and to accommodate client needs. The practice has also added client portals to their service base. Clients may scan and email their taxes and communicate totally by telephone and a secure internet connection. Clients may call or email to request a portal link and a tax organizer.
“We wanted to expand on for CASH for YOU and YOUR Favorite Charity program this year. Last year we had a drawing for $250 going back to a client and their favorite charity, this year we are doubling that amount. God has blessed this business, so we want to pass the blessing on,” says Rebello.
