Take Charge! Achieving Teller Excellence will be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®.
Take Charge! Achieving Teller Excellence, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, is a comprehensive program that gives tellers looking to obtain a job at a bank or further their career the training they need to succeed. Achieving Teller Excellence provides an overview of the financial industry, prepares tellers to provide outstanding customer service, reviews the various products and services that the Bank offers, such as checking, savings, CDs, loans and IRAs, and teaches tellers how to process and settle transactions while being mindful of compliance issues that affect their work.
