Stylish
Aino looks like any other touch-screen phone at any time. The sad song of the crow is the touchscreen, that can easily kick big brother Satio in finger friendliness, can only be used in media mode - that is to show pictures, watch movies, attend to the camera and listen to music.
Although it is envisaged that you will guide the rest of the phone's functions with the ejectable keypad, and it works well, but it also makes the touch screen does not come to full use.
In the closed position, it is without doubt the cleanest design we've ever seen from the company. Not a button on the front and the shape is a possible variant of the Walkman series earlier. The reverse side contains the same point-illumination which we found in W995 in the spring, that is a really good camera but not in class with Satio.
Thoughtful
Normally, we had gone hard to the handset lacks the headphone plug, where it still is a multimedia-oriented phone. But there is this whole spray of Aino enters the limelight. And the difference is actually huge difference in the bluetooth connection, this is the best sound quality we experienced in context.
It does not stop there, however, the receiving device fixes to control the music front and is armed with a bunch of multi-colored LEDs as discreet and tasteful flash in some kind of time to the music (it sounds terribly corny, but it's actually nice for once). Bluetooth Shell also has its own laddplats in the accompanying charge instead.
Detail spray ends but not the headphones. Via WLAN access, you also have an amazingly fast connection to the DLNA home network, but also remote play support for PlayStation 3 - something that previously only existed for the PSP - to control the media by Sony's game console desktop. The price also includes an annual subscription of PlayNow Movies (60 movies a year that you can rent, however, the offer completely controlled by Sony Ericsson).
The remaining parts of the handset is exactly the same form as we have seen in the later years of Sony Ericsson headphones do not like so much when we have this level of innovation and attention to detail elsewhere. For that reason this will not be price tag as something we can keep the phone's disadvantage, even though it is still quite high. Now we can only hope this is the beginning of a real start for Sony Ericsson's part and not just an occasional bright spot.
