The festival is open to US and Foreign films in five categories: Features, Shorts, Documentaries, Animation and Student Films. To be eligible, a film entry must have been completed in 2008, 2009 and 2010. All film entries must be submitted on DVD to be considered for selection.
The music competition component of TVIFF is designed to showcase the music vision and artistic wizardry of talented individuals and groups from across America and the world. Emerging, up and coming and unsigned performing artists and bands of all genres of music - from rock, jazz and pop, Hip Hop, R&B, Latin, Country, Folk, and World are welcome to enter.
Film and music entries can be submitted online by logging on to www.withoutabox.com for film and www.sonicbids.com for music. Deadline for entries, is June 30th 2010. Applications can be downloaded also by logging on to www.tviff.com.

The festival's social calendar starts with Opening Night Festivities, followed by daily and nightly filmmaker/musician receptions, industry workshops, a Lifetime and Career Achievement Awards Black Tie Gala and Best of Fest special screening presentations, and much more.
The 16th Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival runs Sept. 15-19, 2010 at the Movie Experience Theaters at Tower Plaza Center in Temecula, California and is presented by Cinema Entertainment Alliance, a non-profit arts and education organization dedicated to celebrating independent world cinema and music. Tickets will be available to the general public Aug. 30, 2010.
