Pinnacle Promotions, Inc., a leader in the promo products industry, is getting personal – literally. The company has expanded its “About Us” section on its Web site to include pictures and videos of its employees, allowing customers to learn more about the sales representatives with whom they are working.
These efforts are meant to provide a more personal experience for consumers and, in effect, continue the development of relationships between customers and their promo products salespeople. By actually putting faces to names, Sarah Fell, Marketing Coordinator at Pinnacle explains that Pinnacle hopes to hopes to add value to their already-established position as a promo products marketing agency customers can trust.
“Most interactions in the corporate world these days, including the promo products industry, takes place over the phone or solely through e-mail,” says Fell. “With these pictures and videos we want to remind our customers that there is a real person on the other end of the line of communication, who really cares and wants to help them with their business needs.”
In addition to the photos and videos located on the Web site, Fell explained that Pinnacle has also added a photo to their e-mail signatures with a quarterly question and a link to their video page that also hosts the answer. This quarter’s question is about the employees’ favorite sports teams.
The new efforts will launch on March 1, 2010.
