Rather than purchase a full Home Information Pack, Pali will assist you in compiling your own.
You can supply whichever components you wish yourself and purchase any remaining ones you wish from Pali. Pali will also check the Hip to make sure it adheres to the Hip Regulations and is legal.
All Home Information Packs displayed on www.hipview.co.uk are issued their own weblink and security PIN, meaning your documents are stored securely online and enabling anyone you wish to view them without the need for printing.
If you choose to, your estate agent/solicitors details can be added to the order and they will also be kept up to date by email as to the progress of the Home Information Pack
