Tampa, FL, February 26, 2010 – With a real estate industry that has plummeted in the last few years, it may feel like the sharks are circling to take advantage of the weak. Real estate professionals are being challenged on a daily basis with home sellers facing foreclosures or short sales, homebuyers struggling to obtain mortgage approvals, banks overwhelmed with REOs and foreclosures, and investors bargain hunting. Their incomes have been slashed and they are constantly nickeled and dimed for every product and service needed.
Oneir Realty was recently launched at a time when the industry is looking for innovation and change to address these challenges. This launch has not gone unnoticed as TV personality, entrepreneur and advertising and marketing guru, Kevin Harrington, has joined the company. Mr. Harrington is highly visible on the ABC TV reality show “Shark Tank” as one of the five venture capitalist investing his own money in innovative ideas and businesses.
“Talk about being at the right place at the right time! I believe Oneir could be the best money and time I have ever invested in my life,” said Kevin Harrington. “I am exposed to hundreds of new ideas and innovative businesses and entrepreneurs every month and Oneir is on the verge to explode. Their patent pending compensation plans that provide amazing residual income will attract the best of the best.”
Kevin’s background and bio reads like a who’s who. He is CEO of TVGoods.com, LLC, and is widely acknowledged as the pioneer and principal architect of the “infomercial”
Harrington got his start in direct TV marketing with his company Quantum International, which after merging with National Media in 1991 grew to over $500 Million in annual sales with distribution in over 100 countries in 20 languages. Harrington was the pioneer responsible for setting up international infrastructure worldwide which lays the groundwork for today’s infomercial industry. He had offices in: London, Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Brazil, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
After leaving Quantum, Harrington had several other successful infomercial ventures including HSN Direct with Home Shopping Network before founding TVGoods in 2005.
Regarded as a tireless entrepreneur with a talent for identifying blockbuster products, Harrington’s business was a case study that was chronicled and taught for over 12 years at Harvard/MIT, called “The Rise, The Fall and The rise of Quantum International.”
“Having Kevin choose to join Oneir Realty when he has an abundance of other incredible opportunities is exciting,” said Bill Shue president of Oneir. “Imagine the potential that our franchisees and real estate agents will experience with the ability to master mind with one of the greatest marketing minds.”
Oneir has recently launched its headquarters in Tampa, FL and is aggressively expanding through out the state with plans to open additional states and regions in the near future. For more information go to www.Oneir.com or call 813-287.4800.
