About Bill Ivory Larson
After seeing an image of himself at over 400 pounds, Larson realized he needed to fight the “battle of the bulge.” That was in 2005. Over the next three years Larson would go on to gradually shed 175 pounds. After slimming down—and maintaining—
When Larson moved from his hometown of Chicago, Illinois to the Philadelphia area five years ago he weighed 400.6 pounds, the heaviest he had ever been. Only in his 30s he had high blood pressure, sleep apnea and joints that would hurt after little to no physical activity. Since then, thanks to a good old-fashioned desire to live well into his 40s and beyond and being DETERMINED TO SUCCEED, he trimmed himself down to a much healthier 225 lbs, all the while eating what he wanted, controlling his portions and exercising.
Larson has brought his message on numerous shows, including Dr. Oz.
Bill also runs a popular blog that follows his progress at http://billivorylarson.com .
