Have you ever been in a financial mess and some financial institution willingly offer to help ? In fact, they approach you and promise assistance in getting a loan - guaranteed that is ! Or so i have been made to believe in my time of need ! Let me tell you more:
This started about 2 weeks ago. I found myself to be in a financial mess and i had no idea what to do or where to turn to. Out of nowhere i recieved a sms from Bayport Financial. The sms was sent from Somerset West Post Office branch under the administration of Colleen. The sms said that i qualify for xx amount and i should come in to complete my paperwork.
I thought this was really good timing and since i am in a mess i took the opportunity. For the next week i have submitted my paperwork according to how Bayport wanted them and i done everything from my side that i had to do ! During the 1st week, my initial loan amount dropped by almost half due to some weird reason which i was never informed about. I was okay with this ! Like i said, i am in a financial mess and this would still really help.
For a few days, Colleen and i exchanged sms messages and i was told i am guaranteed the loan ! (I HAVE PROOF ON MY CELL) !!!!!!! At the same time, a previous cash loan would be consolidated and the remaining balance been paid to me. Boy was i wrong ! From here, everything started going wrong.
Take a look at this :
- The loan amount dropped again (second time) Currently with about 200%
- The person i dealth with had a new excuse each day as to whats happening with the loan
- She failed to respond to my messages and didn't update me as to whats happening.
- I had to call head office just to find out that Bayport required another document.
- In simple terms - her service was really, really bad !
The next 2 or 3 days i made a way of getting the outstanding document that was needed for Bayport.
At this stage i was dealing with someone new from head office - a Team Leader !!!
I thought things could go better since im dealing with someone with a higher level of Bayport. Wrong again !
For the 1st 2 days the service was good and i completed the paperwork once again ! (Second time round)
A mister Fin as he calls himself - Team leader promised me good service as well as raising the initial amount and processing the loan.
According to him he was going to make sure it gets transfered to my account as soon as i send the paperwork back.
Today i get a sms reading that the application was declined ! For no reason as usual ! ONCE AGAIN !
So whats happening with Bayport Financial ?
This is the service they promise to people ?
Just plain and simle terrible service ?
NO customer service ?
Empty promises ?
This is my personal experience i have had with Bayport Financial !
And as i am still sitting here awaiting response as to why and how and what ever else i will keep sharing my thoughts about Bayport till i cant type anymore !
I will share it in South Africa and i will share it globally if i have to.
I will share this in article submissions, emails, forum postings, blogs, classified ads, newspapers and press releases.
This is where companies like this lose more clientele and service than what they actually gain ! And this is a promise !
So there you go Bayport Financial ! This is a good start ! I am expecting to hear from you guys very soon :)
