A series of free lectures on current mental health topics will be presented by specialists from NewYork-Presyterian Hospital/Westchester Division on four successive Wednesday evenings in March from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the Hospital’s White Plains campus at 21 Bloomingdale Road.
The series begins on March 3 with Jmel Wilson, M.Ed., who will discuss Creative Approaches to Reducing Stress and Tension in Everyday Life.
On March 10, Parinda Parkih, M.D., will focus on Healthy Brain, Healthy Body: Fostering a Positive Self-Image in a Perfection-Preoccupied World.
On March 17, Gerard Treacy, LCSW-R, will address Tough Love: Dealing with Difficult Family Situations.
On March 24, Jeremy E. Stone, Ph.D., will present Music and Moods: An Interactive Piano Performance by a Broadway Conductor-turned-
All lectures will be held in the Auditorium located on the second floor of the Hospital’s Main Building with the clock tower.
