Funfit, a brilliant land based children's Gym, is now open at our Sunrise location. It is 1400 square feet of guaranteed energy generated fun for children starting as young as 12 months old!!
At Funfit you will find aerobic workout classes that have little ones and their parents both raising their heart rates while laughing.
Funfit can provide you and your kids a full circuit training program, we have "real" brightly colored mini sized self powered work out pieces of gym equipment for the under fives, as well as hydraulic pieces for the over fives and their parents. They are all designed, for kids to have fun on without risking injury (no weights)! There are many different programs to choose from, that will keep your kids (and you) begging for more!
