Ms. Techel is not a famous author but has a heart warming and inspirational story to tell about her courageous little dog Frankie, a six year old dachshund. Frankie was a normal little dog that did everything a little dog could do and would do until he had an accident that left him unable to walk. If he were human we would call him a paraplegic. With surgery and a lot of love an attention from his human mom (Barbara) Frankie was fitted with a set of wheels (similar to a wheelchair) that enabled him to get around.
