The project is a joint venture with local Wilmington, North Carolina builder, Sterling Custom Construction. A new master bath addition, kitchen remodel, and new siding and windows are all part of the scope of work. A loft office addition will also be part of the project. The project will give a warm contemporary face lift to an otherwise dated interior. Removal of an existing fireplace and closet will allow for an open floor plan suited for cocktail parties where the client can share his art collection with guests.
