Sales agent Inferno Film Productions has made a deal with MIG Films for MIG to release Asgard Entertainment’
Gathering of Heroes: Legend of the Seven Swords is a fantasy adventure movie featuring Christopher Atkins (Dallas, The Blue Lagoon), Martin Kove, (Karate Kid, Cagney & Lacey) Debra McMichael Marshall (WWE) and Kirk Montgomery (entertainment reporter at 9News in Denver, Colorado). Gathering of Heroes was filmed on the RED ONE HD camera in a number of outdoor locations in the mountains and foothills of northern and central Colorado and in Bishop’s Castle in southern Colorado, as well as on sets and green screens at Asgard’s studio in Denver. The movie includes both live action fighting featuring Asgard’s in-house stunt team coordinated by writer/producer Mark Grove, and digital effects designed and coordinated by DP and co-director Jon Firestone.
A number of distributors from around the world expressed interest in the movie when it was introduced by Inferno at the American Film Market in November 2009, and distributors from Russia, Japan, France, UK, China and the US have requested to see preview screeners as soon as the movie is complete. The movie is currently in post production and delivery is expected in late summer 2010.
Asgard Entertainment is a Colorado film and television production company providing stunts, special effects and digital effect services to other companies as well as its own in-house productions.
Inferno Film Productions, LLC, is a motion picture production company which licenses distribution rights to its own productions and other movie producers to foreign and domestic distributors.
