Kelly Statistical Consulting is a San Diego client-focused consulting company providing statistical solutions and data analysis. Although we specialize in the biotechnology, medical device, and pharmaceutical areas, we have general statistical expertise that can be applied to a wide variety of problems (see Example Projects). We offer the following services:

• Study design, including calculating the necessary sample size, optimizing the quality of information gathered, and ensuring that accurate and appropriate analyses can be performed.
• Data analysis appropriate to the design of the study.
• Interpretation of results and report writing
• Short courses and seminars on statistical methodology and concepts.

Dr. Colleen Kelly, Principal, has over 20 years of experience as a statistical consultant, professor, and researcher specializing in statistical methodology for clinical trials, epidemiological studies, molecular evolution and other biological studies. She has directed statistical consulting centers at San Diego State University and Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. Currently, she is a principal statistician at the Moores UCSD Cancer Center. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego.
