The restaurant will open in Spring 2010. The restaurant will offer an imaginative menu of American brasserie cuisine with an emphasis on all things Michigan-made. Signature menu items will include Chef Grostick’s House-made Charcuterie Platter, Blue Hill Bay Mussels Frites and BBQ Wagyu Brisket. The dining space, which includes a spacious outdoor courtyard, will offer a cozy yet sophisticated décor of rustic indulgence. At the Toasted Oak Market, guests will find a selection of value-driven wines, house-made charcuteries, artisanal farmstead cheeses, unique condiments, Michigan-made products, gourmet sandwiches, grilled pizzas, to-go deli items, fresh flowers and gifts for discerning gourmands.
