According to Kalin Berger, Regency Centers’ leasing agent, with the addition of Super Supplements, the shopping center is 98 percent leased. HSM Pacific Realty served as broker and represented Regency Centers and Super Supplements on the lease agreement. “Super Supplements is a Seattle-based chain with twenty-one existing locations throughout Washington and Idaho. The location at Sunnyside 205 is the retailer’s first store in the Portland market,” said Kalin. “We welcome Super Supplements to our center and applaud the recognition their company has received as a leading retailer and employer in the state of Washington.”
Sunnyside 205 is a 52,710 square foot shopping center and is anchored by an 8,785 square foot medical facility operated by Providence Health System. Additional tenants at the center include Class-A retailers such as Baja Fresh, FedEx/Kinko’
