Parents can now find and hire a nanny or housekeeper without paying thousands to overpriced agencies. These one day workshops will show parents the in's and out's of hiring domestic help. The topics to be covered will include advertising, interviewing, selection, CRB and reference checking, taxes, payroll and maternity leave, in-home surveillance, domestic service and law, and contract and termination.
The workshop will be held in Lane End, Buckinghamshire and around the UK and will be taught by Jennifer Russell of Russell Childcare. Ms.Russell was a nanny for over 15 years as well as running her own nanny agency and childcare consultancy. She has appeared on LK Today and The Big Questions. She is also a mother herself.
