FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb 18, 2010 -
The CIO Finance Summit team is pleased to introduce the seven members of the event’s exclusive CIO Content Development Committee. The committee has been established to define agenda topics and enhance the opportunities provided to the attendees of the 2010 CIO Finance Summit. The CIO Finance Summit will gather North America’s senior‐ level technology executives, analysts and thought‐leaders for a three‐day finance IT focused conference in Scottsdale, AZ, August 29 – September 1, 2010.

Joining the CIO Finance Summit’s CIO Content Development Committee are the following IT leaders:

Harvey Koeppel, Executive Director, Center for CIO Leadership and Summit Master of Ceremonies

Duane Good, EVP, Head of Risk System Infrastructure, HSBC North America

Sudhir Nair, SVP, Business Technology, Bank of America

Rob McIsaac, CIO & Group VP, First Citizens Bank

HP Bunaes, SVP, Director of Risk Management Information & Technology, SunTrust Bank

Angelo Valletta, CIO & SVP, Sun National Bank

Paul Jameson, Global Director for Financial Industry, Cisco Systems

As members of the CIO Content Committee, these distinguished executives have begun to identify and will continue over the next several months to discuss key issues to be addressed at the CIO Finance Summit. These CIOs have already identified areas such as cloud computing, governance, analytics, and risk management as important topics worthy of a discussion between key industry IT executives and technology solution providers to determine new and innovative strategies available in the market. As cloud computing continues to gain momentum as a cost‐saving investment, the main concern among IT
professionals in finance remains the security that the cloud does or does not provide. This is one of the main topics that will be discussed at this year’s finance IT conference.

As attendees, the committee members will participate in an array of agenda sessions including CIO think‐tank sessions, CIO case studies and CIO executive vision panels. The CIO Finance Summit is an opportunity for finance IT leaders and technology experts to strategize, network and connect with peers over the course of three days.
