Duoserve Inc. has released a new version of TimeFlow, a Windows-based time and attendance software that automates the time tracking and payroll process for managers and human resource departments. It provides a rich feature set that will give you the ability to manage your payroll in a simple and effective manner. TimeFlow allows you to get started using the simplest features that replace old fashioned time clock
machines. It will scale well in your organization to do much more tracking and analysis if you choose to use those features. TimeFlow will completely eliminate the need for time cards or handwritten records. Your payroll mess will become a thing of the past!
Using TimeFlow, employees simply select their unique username from a dropdown, enter their password, and click one button to punch in or out. This simple process makes payroll-related expenses virtually disappear.
TimeFlow time clock software will help you generate interactive, clear and concise reports. Timesheet reports can be exported to various file formats such as PDF, HTML, CSV, RTF, and many more, allowing you to provide a data feed to your existing payroll software. Timesheet reports can also be emailed with the click of a button. Administrators can manually modify employees' time entries as well as off day requests and accruals.
Data can be inputted from multiple computers at different locations. You can now submit time entries from a couple of feet away or from across the globe.
