This weekend only, during the homebuilder’s “48 Hour New Home Blowout” event, all inventory homes are priced to sell at rock bottom pricing in communities located from Homestead up to the Treasure Coast.

This weekend, Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21, Lennar’s “48 Hour New Home Blowout” features incredible incentive opportunities that make now the time to buy new, buy now and buy Lennar. Lennar currently has homes that can close in time to take advantage of the homebuyer tax credit opportunities. Foreclosed and short sale properties on the market may not close in time for you to receive a tax credit.

The homebuilder has brand new homes available at five Communities across Broward County including Grand Cypress in Coconut Creek. This Community is located on Sawgrass Blvd. & Lyons Road and is one of Lennar’s most attractive communities for prospective homebuyers in Broward County.
