Mt. Fuji leases restaurant space in Highland Village at Shops at Highland Village

Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in Highland Village, Texas at the Shops at Highland Village to Mt. Fuji.  Specializing in authentic Japanese table-side hibachi and cuisine, Mt. Fuji has leased 6,475 square feet of restaurant space next to AMC Highland Village 12 and is slated to open for business in the second quarter. The Shops at Highland Village are located at FM 2499 and FM 407 in Highland Village, Texas.

According to Ryan Griffin, Regency Centers leasing agent, the 351,631 square foot shopping center is anchored by AMC Highland Village 12 (50,916 square feet) and Barnes & Noble Booksellers (26,612 square feet) alongside national retailers such as Banana Republic, Ann Taylor and Jos A.
