Shar Pourdanesh has a history that reads like the script of a blockbuster movie.
As a young boy he and his family managed to the escape a civil war and a revolution that ravaged his native county of Iran. Through sheer determination Shar and his family landed in the US with only a couple hundred dollars.
Through a chance encounter, Shar was “noticed” by a coach and earned a scholarship to play football at the University of Nevada. Soon thereafter, Shar went on to play in NFL for the Redskins, Steelers & Raiders.
After 10 years in the NFL, the “Gentle Giant,” turned to real estate and in 1997 bought his first house with $1,000 down. After finding success in real estate, Shar went on to invest in houses, multi-units, land and commercial property including an $8 million office building 10 minutes away from the front steps of the White House.
Shar has owned a sports bar and restaurant named Jak’s, was a partner in an international pharmaceutical company and was named National Immigrant of the Year alongside Dr. Ruth.
But what excites Shar the most, is his current undertaking. A year in the making, Shar has crafted a proven system that is radically changing the lives of millions across the country. Not only is he helping Americans suffering from debt distress, but he is also creating long term wealth in land using a concept called "Land Banking".
Shar will be teaching his success systems at two Capital Area REIA events in Tysons Corner on Thursday February 18th and Saturday February 20th.
