The spring time is fast-approaching and it is time to watch your caloric intake, get more active and recommit to your 2010 New Year's resolutions. This program is geared to challenge those who are looking to regain strength, improve mobility, increase speed and develop the core strength which is needed in avoiding bodily injuries. The program is comprised of triathletes, ultramarathon runners, former athletes and parents whose time commitments took the back burner once their new addition(s) arrived. The time is now! Hardbody is currently indoors at the Colosseum Gym in Columbia, MD. The main class is from 5:40am - 6:40am and is lead by owner and Personal/Group Trainer; Shawn Chevalier. Do not put off what you said you would start this year. Once the weather breaks, the program will resume outdoor training at Meadowbrook Park located in Ellicott City, MD. This is not a bootcamp, but a sports training program that will prepare you for your next sports event, with improved results in 30 days or less.
