Dear Fellow Real Estate Investors,
Do you know what a good deal is? How to figure out what similar homes sell for? What does it cost to fix things up? What numbers do you need to know to make a decision and how to get them?
If you are a little shaky or just want input from a different corner, then you will want to be at the March 9th, MAREI meeting.
We have invited JJ Pawlowski and Monty Montgomery from the Pawlowski Group to join us and walk us through real live deal analysis. When we get a seller call on the phone, how to take it from hello to deciding to go look at it. From getting the REO list from the realtor to making an offer on a home.
As real estate is just a numbers game, the more houses you make offers on the more deals you will get, being able to analyze a deal quickly to get to an offer is very important.
JJ & Monty will walk us through the necessary numbers and where we can find them:
• What the property is worth fixed up
• What is needed in repair
• How much it costs for repairs
• Holding costs to consider
• Estimated profit
So who is JJ:
JJ Pawlowski has been an active real estate investor in the Kansas City area for the past five years. He has successfully completed more than 50 significant rehab projects on residential and commercial properties and bought and sold millions of dollars of Kansas City real estate. JJ currently owns a multitude of residential real estate for investment. JJ has used hard money for years in the acquisition and rehab of his own investment purchases.
JJ is a licensed real estate Broker in Missouri and Kansas. He also owns Freedom Management Inc., a licensed real estate management company. JJ has developed his local real estate team into a premier group for real estate investors who purchase in the Kansas City area. They fully understand the unique needs of real estate investors at every level of the investing process.
