Dr Hartwell's therapy sessions last for 45-minutes, and identifies the problems that you struggle with most. A treatment plan will be designed for a course of action. Typical sessions will include feedback from Dr Hartwell and homework assignments with time open for self-exploration.
Many ask, how will I know if the therapy is working?
Individuals should start to see marked improvements in their general mood and thinking. Dr Hartwell and the patient will work together to measure this in behavioral terms so progress can be tracked. The patients may also no longer experience the same types of problems that brought them to therapy. They may start to notice how loved ones or coworkers may comment that the patient seem happier or are performing job better at work. Maybe the patient will now have less struggle or conflict with their spouse or boss. The patient will have a general sense that something is different, and better. This a primary goal of Dr Hartwell.
