Naxcer Composites Group, specializing in new manufacturing technologies for composite materials, is announcing its merger with Invictus Armor solutions. Invictus Armor Solutions specializes in the design and development of advanced body armor systems for use by military and law enforcement personnel.
Going forward, the combined entity will retain the Naxcer Composites Group corporate structure and name. Invictus Armor Solutions will be carried forward as the brand for all advanced body armor system solutions. The executive team at Naxcer will remain the same and welcomes Invictus Founder, Travis Jacobs, as the organization’

Although the terms of the merger have been finalized, it is expected to take up to one hundred twenty days for the organizations to fully integrate staffing, operations, and brand management. In addition to completing the development of Invictus’ next generation body armor system solution, Mr. Jacob’s will take over leadership and control of research and development programs currently under way at Naxcer Composites Group.
