Street Star Clothing Showcases at Fashion Up

Street Star Custom Clothing is a Philadelphia based clothing company who's gear is designed for the fashion forward who want to stand out in the crowd. Street Star puts a couture twist on mainstream street wear featuring high-end urban fashion including tees, hoodies, button downs, thermals, dresses and jackets. The fashion show’s production will be conducted by two of the city’s prominent fashion professionals, Anh Nguyen and Keri Saeger. Nguyen is well known in the Philadelphia fashion community. Nguyen is the owner of Jack & Jill Boutique in Philadelphia. Saeger is the managing partner of a fashion website called Fashion Foreplay. Rachel Day- model, actress and dancer with a passion for fashion, will be the emcee/announcer for the fashion show, which will also feature styles by Jack & Jill Boutique and Bare Feet Shoes.
The event will also spotlight two top DJs in the area. Opening the night is DJ Ed Smooth. Ed is a new addition to the Philadelphia nightclub scene as he recently moved to the area from Southern Florida. Ed has performed in Atlantic City, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York and Philadelphia, including Passion Nightclub at the famous Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Closing the night is celebrity DJ, John Farruggio, who is America’s #1 Mash-Up recording artist and a member of the infamous Crooklyn Clan. Farruggio’s has performed throughout the country, including every hot spot in Atlantic City and Philadelphia and his music was featured in Britney Spear’s 2009 Circus Tour.
