Shea Homes Sells Out First Phase of Eight at Madeira at Del Sur This Weekend

Feb. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Shea Homes sold seven of eight homesites released on Saturday at Madeira at Del Sur, according to the San Diego builder. The eighth home was reserved Sunday at the single-family neighborhood in the smart-growth master-planned community. To meet demand, a new phase is expected to be released for sale Feb. 27. Shea Homes recently started construction on a new phase of single-family homes at Madeira at Del Sur. Sold out of its first 74 homes in the heritage-inspired master-planned community in mid 2008, Shea Homes purchased additional lots for the popular neighborhood early this year.
