Wichita, Kan.— Rockport Publishers’ new book, Letterhead & Logo Design 11, by Design Army will include three Greteman Group-created identities. They include a revamped identity for the Kansas Aviation Museum and new identities for Royal Caribbean’s Thunderbird Café and Spay Neuter Kansas.
• The Kansas Aviation Museum’s mark includes a stylized aircraft heading skyward with swirling contrails and clouds, replicating imagery found in the museum’s Art Deco ironwork details.
• Royal Caribbean’s Thunderbird Café logo was inspired by the Thunderbird iconography of the Pacific Northwest. The totem-esque logo evokes the cruise line’s Alaskan parts of call.
• The Spay Neuter logo features a cat and dog in a yin-yang configuration. It harmoniously joins these beloved pets to illustrate the urgent need to reduce current high euthanasia rates.
