PASO ROBLES, CA (February 16, 2010) – Paso Robles’ only ‘hop on, hop off’ wine touring service has announced that they will now be servicing East Side and Downtown wineries in addition to their current West Side line up. The Wine Line will begin this expanded offering on their one year anniversary, Feb. 20, 2010. The addition of these new regions brings the total amount of wineries offered to 60.
The addition of the East Side wineries adds 22 new stops and the Downtown wineries add 12 stops. The expanded coverage offers something to everyone from boutique family operations all the way up to national names like J Lohr and Meridian. “We are thrilled to be able to offer a more complete representation of the Paso Robles wine tasting experience to our patrons. We’ve had the request to service all of Paso from the start but we wanted to perfect our service before we pulled the trigger,” says owner Jason Westfall. “We are also excited to offer the downtown stop as it gives a great cross-over point for those that wish to go touring on the other side of the highway.” Another benefit of the new downtown stop is that patrons can eat downtown or picnic in the park with one of The Wine Line’s featured lunch offerings.
The Wine Line is also celebrating their One Year Anniversary on February 20, 2010. It was a year ago that owners Jason Westfall and Ricky Fernandez acted on a hunch that there was a better way to go wine tasting. Now, after serving thousands of happy customers they are celebrating with a special party for all of their winery partners at the Paso Wine Centre on the same date. Westfall says “We’d like to communicate our gratitude to the people and wineries of Paso Robles for welcoming us into their community; we couldn’t have done it without you."
