Talent Acquisition for Renewable Energy, Technology & Research and Policy Firms
The ProFound Group, a pioneer in talent acquisition for Renewable Energy, Clean Technology, and Research & Policy firms, is pleased to announce two key additions to its senior management team.
Kyler Fields has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer while Amy Ancira joins ProFound as Vice President of Service & Recruiting. Both hires are part of ProFound’s investment plan for 2010, building out its management team and the development of innovative, high-ROI recruiting products.
Mr. Fields previously held positions as Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Business Development at Emigra. Prior to Emigra, Mr. Fields was the senior financial manager for Broadwing Communication’
Previously with Tatum LLC, Ms. Ancira was responsible for recruiting, client management, and business development, working with a diverse group of industries and national clients.
