•   This software on CD-Rom contains every registered car and owner directly from the Registry of Motor Vehicles. This CD-Rom contains over 5,000,000 records searchable by unlimited partial queries.
•   The Motor Vehicle has two search criteria screens; the owner search and the vehicle search. You can search each separately or together in a cross search, or use the arrow on the side of each field name which shows you the raw data at the DMV, as a reference to establish that the data input at DMV is not standardized. On the Motor Vehicle CD-Rom software, you can use Boolean commands to standardize each search input to capture all possibilities.

Example # 1: A witness sees a hit and run accident. The witness notices that the vehicle is a Red Honda Civic with the #’s 5&2 in the plate. Our software will allow you to search for a Red Honda Civic with the #’s 5&2 in the license plate in the entire State of MA. It will generate a list that matches the criteria you searched. If another witness notices that the year of vehicle is from 2002-2004 you can narrow your search down even more.

Example # 2: A towing company is asked to tow a vehicle from an illegally parked spot. That towing company brings that vehicle back to its yard and it sits there for days. That company using this software can enter in the license plate or VIN and more to send a notice to the owners address or obtain insurance information to get paid.

•   The Driver License CD-Rom has only one search criteria screen, which is the owner search, but on certain states you can also search by physical description. The arrow on the side of each field name which shows you the raw data at the DMV, as a reference to establish that the data input at DMV is not standardized. On the Driver License CD-Rom, you can use Boolean commands to standardize each search input to capture all possibilities.
Example:  An officer might be looking for “X” person in an abduction case, victim “Y” may describe the perpetrator as an older male, certain height range and remembers an eye color. DMV online could not run these queries, but using the Driver’s License CD the officer can search by D.O.B range, height range, more than one possible eye color to locate an individual. A witness is never sure of the name, or physical description, but it helps to have this CD-ROM to narrow the search by being able to cross-search each field together or separately.
