Realogic is proud to present the next free educational session where industry experts teach an abbreviated class on a currently relevant commercial real estate topic. The classes occur during the lunch hour in Realogic's downtown Chicago training facility. The goal of the sessions is to establish a network of commercial real estate professionals interested in continuing their understanding of the commercial real estate industry.

February Class – Using Excel to analyze & report ARGUS data with Realogic Tools

Interested in making your ARGUS experience better than ever? Realogic’s new software, Realogic Tools™, uses Excel to leverage your ARGUS Valuation - DCF data like nothing else can. Tools seamlessly extracts ARGUS data into an Excel-based reporting and calculation engine for the analysis, valuation, lending and securitization of commercial real estate.

For one hour, Brad Karfeld, Realogic.net’s Manager of Business Development, will walk-through the Realogic Tools process. In that time, he will show attendees how Tools not only creates presentation-quality versions of the reports you get from ARGUS (e.g. the Rent Roll) but also adds valuation tools to perform your own analysis more quickly and accurately than ever.

Brad Karfeld, Manager of Business Development    
In 2009, Brad Karfeld was elevated to the role of Manager of Business Development, where he serves as a primary client contact and the Realogic Tools product specialist.  Brad originally joined Realogic in 2006 as a Senior Associate of the Capital Markets Services Group.

Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University and received an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Chicago Real Estate Council.
