Denarius Dirham Bullion (India) Pvt. Ltd., signs JV with Diniarius Dirham Global Sdn Bhd. Malaysia

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 15, 2010 - Dato’ Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamed, the prime minister of Malaysia officially announced the commencement of business for Dinarius-Dirham and the official launch of its Gold Dinar and Silver Dirham at the OIC Expo at Putra Jaya. As the main sponsor of this important event, Dinarius-Dirham led the initiative, which was supported by the Malaysian Government and witnessed by all Heads of State of the OIC. The Malaysian government along with the 52 state heads of OIC countries endorsed the gold dinar through a gold dinar protocol in Putrajaya, Malaysia in 2003.

Denarius Dirham Bullion (India) Pvt. Ltd. will start the business initially in Bangalore, India with an exclusive showroom in an up market, centrally located high street to enable all class of people to walk-in.

The objectives for the first three years of operation include:
•   To develop a profitable/sustainable international company.
•   Open company owned outlet in selected Metros, that are strategic for penetration
•   Franchised retail outlets across metros, tier I and tier II cities
•   Display products in luxury hotel galleries, Airport shopping area

•   Offer customers to buy gold in installments month on month, offer a special rebate
•   Offer gold coins in different weights to cater to all segments of the population,
       institutions, Corporate and cross market them through stock broking firms
•   Appoint Exclusive individual agents, who work on commission basis
•   In the second phase of expansion offer designer gold jewellery, gold loans to
       prospective customers in the same premises and do forward integration.
