As we get involved with anything in life we go through a set of obstacles that try to keep us from moving forward. Weather in a relationship or starting your first business.
We need to stay focused, alert and motivated but like water we need to be able to flow. Sometimes with force and turbulence but for the most part stay agile and open minded. Persistence along with absolute belief in yourself and in your business will keep you from defeat. We look forward in getting support we need from our family and friends, when that does not happen we need to begin focusing on ourselves, our attitude, staying targeted to what we are trying to achieve. Stay connected to your WHY! that WHY will never allow you to fail. My WHY is my children, grandchild, family, the need to make a difference in this world. Iv'e been on both sides of the track. From dealing and using drugs being involved in gang activity. To being able to help individuals change their lives for the better as a community activist. It's all really about being able to have the freedom to do what you LOVE with those you LOVE and care about. For others it may be different and that's OK, we all have our WHY.
In developing the POWER TEAM it is important to understand that you need to find like minded individuals, keep yourself open and remember that you can not do everything yourself. Let people do what they do best and I will see you at the top.
