The Elm Consulting Group International, LLC, a global environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) consultancy based in the US, has launched its presence on the social media site Twitter under the user name ElmGroupIntl.
Lawrence Heim, Director, said, "Our goal is to increase our ability to provide timely information on important news and developments to clients, the media, our affiliates/partners and others. We also think Twitter can be a valuable tool in gathering data about trends in the EHSS area, allowing us to better hone our services and their delivery. Additionally, we will be more accessible to media outlets."
Research conducted by Elm indicated that very few EHSS consultancies are leveraging Twitter as a business tool. The research information suggests that no other international EHSS consulting firm uses Twitter as well.
