(Palm Springs, CA)—January 4, 2010—Tis the season for the ladies who lunch! From January 1st through May 30th, 2010 East Meets West offers Souffle Sessions: a creative twist on the hosted luncheon for all those socialites who have tasted and seen everything and want something new to offer their luncheon guests. For just $70 a person, East Meets West’s Chef Aaron Kiefer will come to your home, give a demonstration on the art of cooking a chocolate soufflé, pop it in the oven, and then serve a gourmet lunch paired with wine to the hostess and her guests, topped off by an exquisite taste of the soufflé. All guests will then be sent home with an EMW goodie bag that includes the chocolate soufflé recipe and mix which they can make in the comfort of their own home.
To book a Souffle Session, call Chef Aaron Kiefer at 760-285-2323.
