SHELTON, Conn. -- Gexpro, in alliance with PODS®, Portable On Demand Storage, now offers contractors a complete, turnkey inventory and storage solution for their large construction projects. A key value add in project construction, this storage solution means that contractors will now be able to have their own “Gexpro warehouse” on the construction site itself.

And because this service extends to contractors nationwide under a full-fledged, formalized program with PODS, our on-site storage ‘warehouse’

How does Gexpro’s turnkey, on-site storage solution work?
Contractors, anywhere in the U.S., submit a request or list for construction materials at a local Gexpro branch. Gexpro takes it from there: ordering the PODS container(s)
If materials ever need to be replenished during the project (which could last many months to several years), Gexpro will bring new supplies to the site and restock the PODS container. When the construction project is finished, Gexpro has PODS remove the units from the job site.
In other words, contractors experience a one-stop shopping, single point of contact, arrangement with Gexpro for the entire span of the PODS container’s usage, relieving the customer of any concerns about renting, ordering, replenishing, delivery and pickup, or billing.

In addition to the turnkey storage solution, customers can request assistance from Gexpro to provide direct management and control of the site’s inventory flow. With OASIS Pro, Gexpro’s customer would maintain an on-site storage solution with full inventory control customized to their specific needs.
