PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 12, 2010 - Sewell, NJ – February 12, 2010 - Greco Woodcrafting, LLC announced today the debut of their fiber tools at Woolbearers of Mt. Holly, NJ.

“This is something I’m really excited about,” John Greco, owner and craftsman stated. “Woolbearers is just a fantastic shop with an amazing atmosphere that you feel as soon as you step through the door, and I’m proud to be partnered with them to offer my items.”

Current offerings include weaving stick shuttles made from eight distinct and exotic woods, such as Lacewood, Mahogany and Zebrawood.

“I sat down with the owner and we talked about the needs of the Woolbearers customers. As a result of that conversation, Woolbearers will also soon be offering Greco Woodcrafting drop spindles and nostepinne in distinct and exotic woods.” Greco is confident these beautifully hand crafted tools will be cherished for years to come.

Woolbearers is the first brick and mortar location to carry work from Greco Woodcrafting, which had previously only been available online.

About Greco Woodcrafting

Greco Woodcrafting, LLC was created in April 2008, primarily as a toy company. John Greco, founder of the company and father of two, grew increasingly frustrated with the repeated toy recalls and decided to begin creating toys for children that were sanded extra fine with no finish of any sort. Recognizing there is a kid in all of us, Greco Woodcrafting also offers Executive toys for adults, where oils are used to highlight the natural grain and colors of the different woods used.

In September, 2009 Greco Woodcrafting introduced their initial fiber tools line, which included weaving stick shuttles and pick up sticks made from distinct and exotic woods.

Greco Woodcrafting has a corporate partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, planting one tree for every five items sold.
