Jefferson & Associated Properties has selected Xpromac LLC to provide facilities Maintenance services for its buildings and grounds. Xpromac LLC’s services will also comprise supervision of major investments on capital improvements and renovations.
Under the three-year contract Xpromac LLC will provide full facilities Maintenance services, including the daily Maintenance of custodial, grounds and maintenance operations of Jefferson & Associates buildings across Virginia.
