The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) today announced that the hotel price comparison website Hotels-Fairy.com will be one of its official partners in a bid to raise awareness of important travel issues through its “Know before You Go” campaign.
According to the FCO, millions of Britons travel abroad every year and many of them failed to take basic precautions such as taking travel insurance, getting in their vaccinations, and leaving details of their travel plans with a close friend or family member. The consequence is that many holidaymakers find themselves in trouble abroad that could easily have been avoided at little or no cost.
Hotels-Fairy.com will be supplying the campaign promotion of the “Know before You Go” site, which provides clear and simple advice to travellers they stay safe abroad, and by posting regular ”Travel Safe ” articles on its own blog at hotels-fairy.com/
